The purpose of this program is to protect waterways by preventing and controlling pollution generated from vehicles, equipment, and materials stored at municipal facilities.

Properly store raw and waste materials
Properly dispose of waste materials
Prevent illicit discharges when washing, fueling, repairing, painting, etc.
Clean spills and leaks immediately
Ensure facilities that require coverage under the Industrial NPDES Stormwater Permit are covered.
