Certain land development projects require Low Impact Development (LID) control measures. The purpose of LID controls is to capture or treat polluted stormwater. The applicant for such development projects must adhere to the MS4 Permit's technical specifications on LID controls. It is your agency's responsibility to ensure that development plans adhere to these specifications.
