Summary of Land Development Program reporting requirements

There are many data points to track under the Land Development Program. Keep records and regularly report to your Stormwater Program Manager on the following:

• Dates of maintenance agreements for LID BMPs (required as part of LID Plans)

• Inspection date(s), including BMP acceptance dates and correction dates

• Results of inspections

• Certificate of occupancy date

• Type of BMPs installed (e.g., infiltration, biofiltration)

• BMP drainage area, including the area's percent imperviousness

• BMP stormwater capture volume
